Test type:

1. Initial test: one test of the product

2. Material change test: if there is a change in the material, test

3. Periodic test: as a supplement to material change test, if there is no material change during continuous production, periodic test must be conducted at least once a year.

4. Component testing: in general, the finished product can be tested, and in some specific cases, all components can be tested to prove the conformity of the final product.

5. Children's product certificate can only be tested by a recognized third-party testing laboratory, based on the certificate issued by the testing report.

Information to be included in CPC certificate:

1. Product information;

2. All laws and regulations applicable to the product;

3. Information of the importer or manufacturer (in the United States): including name, address and telephone number;

4. Contact information of the holder of the test result file supporting the certificate: name, address, email address and telephone number（ Generally speaking, it can be understood as a manufacturer outside the United States;

5. Product production date and address, production date must be to year, address must be to city;

6. Test time and address or test report based on certificate.

CPC is similar to the COC certificate. When Amazon US launches products related to children, including toys, baby products, etc., it will be required to issue the CPC certificate, otherwise it will not be sold.
