The national basic safety technical specification for textile products is a compulsory national standard formulated in accordance with the standardization law of the people's Republic of China, the product quality law of the people's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.

In the process of dyeing and finishing of textile products, various dyes, auxiliaries and other finishing agents should be added. These finishing agents contain or produce substances harmful to human body more or less. When harmful substances remain on textiles and reach a certain amount, it will do harm to people's skin and even human health. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward the most basic technical requirements for the safety of textile products, so that the textile products can protect human health and personal safety in the process of production, circulation and consumption.

Scope of application: all clothing, decorative and household textile products produced, sold and used in China, and export products can be executed according to the contract.
